- Freír la carne y pasarla (menos los higaditos) a una olla expres con 3 litros de caldo de verduras, al que añadiremos el laurel, sal y los ajos. Dejar cocer 30 minutos. Sacar la carne, dejar que se enfríe, desmenuzarla y reservar.

- Salsa: En el aceite de la carne hacer un sofrito con la cebolla, los pimientos y el tomate. Agregar el pimentón dulce al final. Triturar el sofrito, con su aceite, más los higaditos que teníamos ya fritos. Podéis añadir un poquito de caldo o agua si esta muy espeso, para poderlo triturar.
- En una cazuela, poner 2 tazas del caldo por persona, añadir la salsa, la carne desmenuzada y los 2 sobrecitos de especias. Llevar a ebullición, remover y rectificar de sal.

- A continuación añadir la torta y dejar cocer hasta que este blandita.

- Ha de quedar un poco caldosito.
