- 1 vaso almendras
- 1 vaso coco rallado
- 5 Cdas jarabe de agave
- 2 Cdas mantequilla de cacahuete

- Arándanos rojos
- Pasas

- Vamos a necesitar: 3 vasos copos de avena gruesas, 1 vaso son 250 ml de Nueces. Yo he usado almendras, coco rallado. Todos ingredientes vamos a medir en mismos vasos. Las semillas de sésamo y lino vamos a medir en cucharadas. Jarabe de agave u otro endulzante líquido, no miel. Mantequilla de cacahuete o maní. Aceite de coco, arándanos y pasas.
- Podemos empezar. Primero molemos las almendras junto con semillas de lino. Los molemos con cuidado para tener trozos grandes y pequeños.
- Y ahora vamos a preparar salsa. En la cazuela ponemos 5 cdas de jarabe de agave, 2 cdas de mantequilla de cacahuetes o maní y 2 Cdas aceite de coco. La salsa ponemos a calentar, no tiene que hervir, solo calentarla, para que aceite de coco y mantequilla de cacahuete se derretirán. La mantequilla no se notar en granola.
- A un bol ponemos copos de avena, añadimos almendras, coco rallado, semillas de sésamo y al final añadimos la salsa de coco y cacahuetes. Ten cuidado porque la salsa está caliente. Hay que mezclar todo muy bien, mejor con la mano para que la salsa se incorpora bien a copos de avena.
