- Cuando ha pasado la hora, le damos la forma deseada con el rodillo y dejamos otra hora destapada


- Luego, precalentamos el horno a 200° arriba y abajo, añadimos el topping, yo puse una franja de chocolate, una de mermelada, los piñones, luego con un pincel, cogemos el huevo reservado y pincelamos la coca, luego espolvoreamos con la almendra y la nuez picada

- Introducimos al horno durante 25min a 200°, pero vamos comprobando a partir de los 20 min ya que cada horno es un mundo. Y ta tendremos nuestra coca hecha!!!
