  2. Solo hay que montar la ensalada con todos los ingredientes una vez que el arroz ya no esté caliente, si lo acabas de hacer lávalo debajo del grifo con agua fría en un escurridor o en el propio cestillo de la Thermomix.
  3. En mi caso para aliñar la ensalada me gusta usar aceite de oliva virgen extra (si uso atún con el aceite de oliva de la lata es más que suficiente), vinagre de manzana y salsa de soja baja en sal (uso de la marca kikkoman). No utilizo sal porque la salsa de soja ya aporta la sal necesaria. No te olvides de picar la albahaca fresca y esparcirla por la encima, le da un toque de sabor inigualable😋
