- Nos ponemos manos a la masa. Mezclamos bien la harina con el agua y la sal. Estiramos con el rodillo y la dejamos muy fina
- La podemos hacer de 2 maneras, una es cortar cuadritos con el cortapasta y pinchar con el tenedor y meter al horno a 180 grados unos 15 minutos y otra hacer tortitas pequeñas y hacerlas en una sartén vuelta y vuelta como si fuetan creps (eso si, que no se te olvide pincharlas para que no se hinchen)
- Seguimos con el guiso, en el mismo aceite sofreír la cebolla, ajo, pimiento y tomate rallado, una vez sofrito añade el vino blanco y deja cocer unos 5 minutos más
- Añadimos el pimentón, ls carne de pollo y conejo y ponemos el caldo colado y cuando empiece a hervir añadimos las tortas troceadas
- En unos 15 o 20 minutos el guiso está terminado (las tortas deben de quedar blanditas)
