  2. 400 ml. caldo de pollo
  3. 260 gr. costilla de cerdo
  4. 75 gr. chorizo ibérico
  5. 1 ajo
  6. Colorante

  1. Poner en una cazuela de barro el arroz y el colorante, y mezclar.
  2. Echar un chorrito de aceite en una sartén, y sofreír la carne con sal, hasta que esté bien dorada.
  3. Añadir el ajo picado y rehogar un minuto.
  4. Añadir el chorizo cortado a daditos, rehogar un minuto, y añadir a la cazuela.
  5. Echar el caldo en la sartén, y llevar a ebullición.
    Añadir a la cazuela y meter al horno precalentado a 200° hasta que se consuma el caldo y esté el arroz (aproximadamente 30 minutos, según horno).
